the market is in full swing and meetings between representatives and sports directors follow one another. As MARCA has learned, Carlos Soler’s agent offered Real Madrid the possibility of signing the player for free next season at a meeting held a few days ago in the Spanish capital. The white club declined the offer, assuring that the player is not among their market objectives and adding that before carrying out any operation of this type they would speak with the affected club, in this case with Valencia.
Carlos Soler’s situation remains unclear at the Mestalla club. The player’s contract ends in June 2023 and the constant meetings that have been held to close his renewal have not led anywhere. The player is not renewed and that can lead him to leave the club for free in June or sign for another team in less than six months at no cost.
The renewal attempt
At the club they have tried to close the renewal in every possible way, but Soler’s request is high and Valencia does not reach the numbers requested by the midfielder. The idea of the black and white entity was to offer him a ‘renewal’ at the last minute with an agreed starting price for the next campaign.
The offers have not come this season and his agent has pulled strings to offer the player for the next campaign for free. At the moment Soler is still at Valencia and his goal was decisive to add the first victory of the season, but his future is not clear.
